If you’re a skilled and passionate Salesperson looking for a long-term position, Schaeffer could be your perfect new home. This position will start out selling our Carriage Mews community in Berlin, NJ before transitioning into the full-time Salesperson at the Idea Home in Cherry Hill.

Here’s a bit more of what we’re looking for in our next team member:

-Minimum of at least 1 year retail sales experience

-Valid New Jersey Real Estate license preferred but not necessary

-Willing to work weekend days

-Able to travel throughout the South Jersey area including: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties (travel will be reimbursed)

-Self-motivated, eager to learn, and has a high-energy, sociable personality

-Non-smoker

Your income will be discussed and determined based on your experience level. The salary for this position begins at $30,000 and includes commission for a total estimated income of over $60,000. This job also includes desirable health benefits and a 401k.
