Schaeffer Homes works with GuildQuality to conduct third party testimonials after you sign your Construction Agreement, shortly after you move into your home and then again after 11 months living in your home. We take great pride in being an 8-time winner of the Guildmaster Award, which requires that at least 90% of our customers would recommend friends and family to Schaeffer Homes.
In 2026, we were awarded Guildmaster with Distinction, which requires a recommendation rate between 95.0% and 97.9%.
