We can build your new home on a lot you already own, or we can help you find land to build on. If you already own a piece of land, we’ll inspect it to be sure it’s suitable for building one of our available plans. We’ll also let you know what steps you need to take to prepare for building on the property. If you haven’t purchased the land yet, we suggest that you meet with us first so we can guide you in choosing the most appropriate lot for your needs.
Build On Your Lot is available in the counties of Atlantic, parts of Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem in southern New Jersey.
When you build your new home with us, you’ll have more than 20 15 home plans to choose from in a variety of styles and price points. We offer both one and two-story homes, with owner’s suites on the first or second floor. We can build each home on a slab, poured concretecrawl space or full basement foundation. Our floor plans are customizable as well. If you already have a home plan, we’ll look at it and determine whether we can build it for you.
After your home plan is finalized, you’ll meet with one of our Design Center Specialists, Ashley or Christie, at our Design Center in Cherry Hill. There you’ll choose your home’s colors, flooring, kitchen countertops and cabinets, lighting fixtures and more.
Our Legacy Package is included in every home, and we also offer our ever-popular Signature Package as a luxury choice. The Signature package is a luxury selection that includes a full basement, stained oak handrails and balusters on staircases, premium hardwood floors in the foyer, 5 ¼ inch baseboard, 42” kitchen wall cabinets with crown molding, ceramic tile floors in owner’s bath and hall bath and other upgraded luxury features.
