If you have a homesite, we can help determine if it is suitable for building. Schaeffer Homes provides a homesite inspection for all of our customers. During a due diligence contingency period, we will go out to your homesite and identify which items will need to be addressed to build your new home. We will also talk to the local municipalities and zoning offices to determine what permits and tests they require. We recommend that a soil test, seasonal high water table test and topographical grading plan be performed to get things started.

Each floorplan also comes with various structural customization options to suit your preferences. If you are looking for something unique or custom, please let us know, and we will gladly review the available customization choices with you. If you have your own plan, we are more than happy to review it as well.
