Our family story has always shaped the way we build. Thomas Schaeffer Sr. learned woodworking in the Army and later applied that craftsmanship to home building. His son, Tim Schaeffer Jr., carried the tradition forward and founded Tim Schaeffer Communities in 1989. Today, under Jason Schaeffer’s leadership, we continue to honor that legacy through quality construction, personalized service and a commitment to value.
