Now you can find homesites and plans for new homes in Berlin Borough NJ from the comfort of your own home. With our new interactive home design app, you can choose your homesite, floor plan, exterior design and colors and even add customized options like fireplaces and bathroom luxury choices.

Start by choosing from our available homesites and communities on an interactive map of our South Jersey building area. There’s also an option to click if you already own your lot homesite.

Next, you’ll be shown an array of home elevations available for that lot. We have a variety of one and two story layouts in styles such as Traditional, Federal, Craftsman and Victorian to choose from.

Click on the house you like best and you can customize your floor plan or take a virtual tour to see how the home will look in 3D.

To customize your floor plan, simply select from a list of available luxury choices. Click on a luxury choice and it will be added to the floor plan on your screen. Sample luxury choices include a gas fireplace in the family room and a double bowl sink in the master bath. Prices for luxury choices and floor plans are clearly displayed each step of the way.

After you’ve completed your floor plan, it’s time to choose the exterior color scheme of your new home. You can choose one of our preselected color combinations or create your own palette from the color choices. Try out several combinations onscreen to choose the one that best expresses your own style.

Now it’s time to put it all together in your customized new home brochure. You can print it out and bring it with you to your first appointment with us. You can even share it with your friends and family to show them what your new house will look like. The brochure will show a color rendering of your home, an illustration of color scheme details, a map of your homesite location with address, and your detailed customized floor plan.
