When we work with our customers in the Design Center to customize their Newport, they can choose from three different exterior styles and various structural options, most of which are unique for a ranch-style home. Curious what we mean by "unique?" In The Newport's "B" and "C" architectural designs, you can choose to finish the second floor and add options like the additional fourth and fifth bedroom.
Although these additional second-floor rooms are traditionally used as bedrooms for kids or guests, many of our customers have fashioned them into at-home gyms, playrooms, "man-caves" or entertainment centers!
The Newport features a spacious master suite tucked away on the first floor with an incredible private bathroom and roomy walk-in closet. The great room, kitchen and dining rooms are designed with an open floorplan concept, which creates a flexible environment for hosting guests or spending quality time with the family.
