Every selection, choice, and upgrade is here for you to see, the way it would really look in your new home. This is a “one stop shop”, designed to make the new home selection process as enjoyable and easy as possible.

Not only do you get to take advantage of our award winning Design Center, but you’ll also enjoy the services of our professional design consultant, Christie Redner, who will expertly guide you through personalizing your new home!

She’ll help you answer such questions as: What kind of front door do you want? Do you want a bull-nose landing on your staircase? What color marble should the family room fireplace surround be? Which mantle do you want for the fireplace? What about a home automation system that can provide security, temperature, and lighting control?
