The arrival of summer is here! 6 Things to Do Before Your Design Studio Appointment

  1. Create a written priority list. Which items do you absolutely want to have in your home, and which can you let go if need be?
  2. Determine your budget ahead of time. Refer to your priority list when deciding which items fit the budget. It’s easier to make compromises on finishes or details that aren’t a high priority for you.
  3. Collect inspirational ideas and photos. Use Pinterest or clip pictures from magazines. Either way, organize your images into separate sections for each part of the house, such as “Exterior,” “Owner’s bath” or “Kitchen.”
